Welcome to PROFRSH. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website (profrsh.com) and all related products, content, features, and services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

2. Products and Pricing

PROFRSH protein milkshakes are priced at ₹199 per bottle (240ml). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through Shopify Checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods. An order confirmation email will be sent once placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or involve pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Orders above ₹599 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing enquiry@profrsh.in. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Return Policy.

6. Returns and Exchanges

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the PROFRSH brand name, logo, taglines, images, packaging designs, and code, is our exclusive intellectual property protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PROFRSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before legal proceedings, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting enquiry@profrsh.in.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We encourage periodic review.
