Pro Frsh ships across India. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your protein milkshakes arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India via our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping

All orders above ₹599 qualify for free standard shipping pan-India. A flat delivery charge is applicable to orders below this threshold and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) or 6:30 PM (Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, and orders placed on Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

Mumbai, Maharashtra and Gujarat: 1-2 business days. Rest of India: 3-4 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier capacity, high-demand periods, or public holidays.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Packaging and Product Integrity

Each bottle is packed in protective packaging designed for transit. The innovative twist-cap technology keeps the protein powder separate from the liquid until you are ready to consume, ensuring freshness on arrival. Store bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best served chilled.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost. Email enquiry@profrsh.in or call +91 91378 10280.

Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refused delivery, the courier will make up to 2 reattempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Refunds for undelivered orders will be processed minus applicable shipping charges within 7-10 business days.
