How much protein is in each bottle?
Each bottle contains 22g of high-quality milk protein (a whey + casein blend).
Is Pro Frsh vegetarian-friendly?
Yes, Pro Frsh is 100% vegetarian. The protein is milk-derived, with vegetarian-certified ingredients.
Does Pro Frsh contain added sugar?
No. Pro Frsh has zero added sugar, the only sugars are those naturally present in milk. The complete ingredient list is printed on every bottle.
How does the twist-cap technology work?
The protein stays sealed in the cap until you twist it to release it into the liquid below. Shake for 5–10 seconds and drink a fresh, great-tasting protein milkshake.
When should I drink Pro Frsh?

What is your return policy?
Because this is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed bottles, and we do not refund for a change of mind or flavour preference. If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or the seal is compromised, email enquiry@profrsh.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement.
